Krea Video Is Out: Features, Pricing and Access

Krea announced the all new Krea Video on November 5, 2026. In its post on X, Krea says users can "produce Hollywood-grade footage" in the browser, with cinematic camera controls, 100+ viral presets, UGC-ready templates, video editing, style transfer and sound generation.

The post is short and gives no resolution, frame rate, clip length or pricing. This article covers what Krea has said, what its documentation shows around it, and what is still open.

What is Krea Video?

Krea Video is the video product from Krea, a browser-based creative suite for images, video, upscaling and 3D. Krea announced the all new version on November 5, 2026, pitching it as a way to make cinematic footage without leaving the browser.

Krea already offered video before this launch. Its app carries text-to-video and image-to-video across several models, including Seedance, Kling and Veo, according to Krea's own Midjourney comparison page. The "all new" label suggests a redesigned product, but Krea has not said whether Krea Video runs on its own video model or routes to third-party models.

For ad teams, the most relevant items are the presets and UGC templates, since the "UGC-ready" label points at creator-style ad content. Krea has not confirmed aspect ratios or clip lengths.

Krea Video release date and availability

Krea Video is available now. Krea posted the announcement on November 5, 2026 with a "try it now" link, and describes it as running in the browser. The company has not said whether it is limited to certain plans.

Krea's changelog, last showing entries through November 4, 2026, does not yet list Krea Video. An API for Krea Video has not been announced. Krea's API does currently support Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini, per its changelog, billed from the workspace API balance rather than app compute.

Krea Video pricing and free access

Krea has not published per-video pricing for Krea Video. The platform uses compute units, and its free plan gives 100 units a day with no credit card, according to a third-party guide citing Krea's pricing page.

The same guide says Pro's 20,000 units equal about 65 Seedance 2.5 videos, which gives a rough sense of video cost on the platform. It says Basic includes selected video models, while Pro and above get all of them. Whether Krea Video falls under those limits is not announced.

How to use Krea Video for AI video and static ads

For performance teams, the useful questions are speed and repeatability. Presets and templates could cut the time to produce hook variations, and style transfer could restyle an existing winning clip. These are possible uses based on the feature list, not tested results.

The open items are specs and terms: output resolution, maximum duration, frame rate, aspect ratios, whether audio is native, and how many compute units a clip costs. Krea has not answered any of these yet.
